  Really impressed with the service. The mechanic we dealt with was interested in understanding & solving the problem. He spent time with us asking questions & explaining/troubleshooting our issue. The folks in the service department were great to deal with also.

  I just had my vehicle in for a regular service oil change and check up, and as it has been for over 30 years, their service personnel are friendly, professional and they go over the vehicle's report card with you. I am mechanically challenged when it comes to my vehicle and I depend 100% on their service expertise to keep my vehicle operating worry free and me safe while driving. I would also like to add that I drive a 2016 Ford Escape, all wheel drive, (a 2011 Ford Escape before that) and have never felt safer driving on our winter roads.

  Great service. They took my car in on time, did the work, a check over and informed me of anything of concern. Very pleasant to deal with. Service costs were reasonable and their customer rewards program is a very nice touch and definitely a good program for their customers. Sure helps.

  All staff we've dealt with in service have all gone above their regular duties, they are a close knit family. The drive is 10 minutes from Headingley, never a problem, and well worth it. They go the extra mile to accommodate you. Thank you all.
